Where are your products made?
Michelsons London is a vertical brand, which owns & controls the supply chain from fabric production at our mill to distribution at our Los Angeles warehouse. Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?
Within 60 minutes of your order confirmation, you can modify your order and shipping details. Please use the form on the left, including the Order # and comments for changes. Any changes made must reflect the same order value.
For cancellations, we will issue a refund and you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds take 5-10 business days to return to your charged account depending on your provider.
What is the order processing time?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Depending on peak times, it can take up to 3 business days. See below for shipping times:
- Ground - Delivery in 5-7 business days
- 3-Day - Delivery in 3 business days for a flat rate of $25.00
- 2-Day - Delivery in 2 business days for a flat rate of $45.00
- Next Day - Delivery by the next business day for a flat rate of $65.00
What is your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary domestic ground shipping on all orders with a minimum value of $75.00, within the contiguous 48 states. For orders under $75.00, a flat rate fee of $10.00 is applied for standard ground shipping. Flat fee shipping rates are offered for expedited shipping.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns 30 days after purchase from Michelsons London. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unwashed and unworn in its original packaging and have all of its original hangtags attached. Final sale items, masks and bandanas cannot be returned.
Currently, we do not provide free return shipping labels. We apologize for inconvenience and note that this is something that we are working towards.
Need to return or exchange?
Happy to help! To get started with your return, please use our Contact Form. Once the return request is submitted, our team will review & respond within 1 business day.
For exchanges, it must be a different size or color of the same return item(s). All exchanges are shipped via complimentary ground shipping. There is only 1 exchange per order. Additional requests will be treated as a return for refund.
Exchanged item(s) are shipped once the returned item(s) has been received by our warehouse. If you require the exchange more urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning your unwanted item(s) for refund. For more information, read our full Orders & Returns page.
How long will my refund take to be received?
Once your return is received, our team takes 1-2 business day to inspect and check in the return. If return is accepted, you will be refunded to your charged payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to return to your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately, we can only accept one promo code at checkout.
